For any question about your account, plan, billing, app issues, or general feedback, email hello@welltread.co.

When you write in, include the email address on your account and a short description of what’s happening. If it’s an app issue, a screenshot helps a lot.

Response time: within one business day, Monday to Friday. Most replies come the same day.

You can manage your subscription, update your payment method, or cancel anytime from the Settings screen inside the app. If you don’t see the option you need, email us and we’ll handle it.

• Cancel: Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access through the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: See our Terms of Service for the refund policy. To request a refund, email hello@welltread.co.
• Update payment method: Settings → Subscription → Update card.
• Charge questions: Charges from Welltread appear on your statement as WELLTREAD. If you don’t recognize a charge, email us and we’ll look it up.

We use passwordless magic links to sign you in. If a link doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder, then request a new one from the sign-in screen. Links expire after one hour.

To delete your account and associated data, visit welltread.co/delete-account.

For technical issues with the app (videos not loading, missing sessions, sync problems), email us with a quick note about your device, operating system, and what you were doing when it happened.
